gate.ruhr – the new Victoria is opening the gate to the Ruhr valley, one of the largest metropolitan areas in the middle of Europe, located close to all the important markets.
In the near future, the gate.ruhr site will become one of the few large sites available for industrial use in the whole of the Ruhr valley.
Particularly interesting for investors: The gate.ruhr project is providing a trimodal transport connection, because of its proximity to the A52 motorway, the on-site train station and the industrial harbour at the Wesel-Datteln-Kanal.
